Sonar and US-224 - Latency

Can someone help me? I have installed Sonar3 and I use a Compaq PIV 2.0 with the Tascam US. It has been a nightmare so far to install these two guys together. Basically I get a very noticeable delay. Is there some kind of a manual that tells how to install and troubleshoot these things? I would appreciate if someone can help me.

Nico,
Check the Buffer Size on your US-224. It should be as small as you can get it without having errors. I would reccomend 64. I'll bet yours is set at 512??
