Hi there:

I have CW 7.0 and a Terratec EWS 88D digital Soundcard. when I record my vocals, some of the "Wave" files (such as high hats) end up on my vocal track. I noticed after I did a reload of Cakewalk on my computer that this happened. I noticed that if I put my "Pan" set at 127 then the hats/wave files don't bleed onto to my vocal track.

Now, my vocals that are on other tracks (from a previous recording session - (before I had to reinstall Cakewalk on my computer), they now bleed onto my "new vocals tracks" I'm trying to record if I don't "mute" them.

What's going on?

Sounds like you are monitoring your prerecorded tracks on the same port you are using to record your new vocals. Experiment with port settings.
