I am using Sonar 3 rewired to Reason 2.5. Now many instruments in Reason are stereo output , which I rewire into Sonar using 2 Audio tracks , 1 each for L and R and then pan the tracks accordingly.
Now if I want to apply an effect, I have to apply two instances of it , one for each L and R. Now this is taking twice the CPU power for a single instrument output from Reason.
Is there any way to group 2 audio tracks together and then apply ony 1 instance of effect on it?? I know you can do that in Cubase SX...
Please , any help would be really appreciated!!
Sonar 3 , Rewiring Reason & grouping tracks...
There is a workaround. You can route the two tracks to a new aux bus (or use a send to one), and thus only usingone effect instance. Not pretty, but pretty much the only thing you can do at the moment.spaceinvader wrote:Is there any way to group 2 audio tracks together and then apply ony 1 instance of effect on it?? Hope this helps

Ok another problem. I have routed the L R tracks to a bus. Now since the Bus Doesnt show in the main view , and only in the console view...how do I see the automation envelopes?
I have automated the volume fader for the bus, how do I now see the envelope curve now?
thanks!!
