Hey I'm really new to cakewalk and i just started recording some of my music. I made a really gay noise when i was recording my vocals. I just want to know how to delete just that part of my vocal track. Peace.

Difficult to explain that one but the easiest way would be to drop the volume off at that part of the track.

To cut it out you will need to set markers to and from on the track to select just the bit you want and cut it out without moving the clips over.

Personally I would export the track as a wave file and edit it in a wave editor like soundforge. There are free wave editors and shareware ones also that will do the job. Then import it back into cakewalk.
