Card is Realtek AC97 with latest drivers. Cakewalk Pro audio 9.03 sees it and registers it and I've tried adjusting all parameters.
No imported .wav files will play (the time line won't even budge... as if nothing is even on any tracks... no "scrubbing" works).
When trying to choose a port for output or choose a source for input, however, Cakewalk plays like it's not even there. Won't give it as option for port, and although it lets you choose "audio" to record, it gives no options in the pulldown.
All MIDI works fine. I've never even tried analog audio until recently; everything was always MIDI for me.
Any advice/ideas?
