The place for Cakewalk beginners to discuss everything Cakewalk.
I have had absolutely no luck with the new phone support system. I have tried for over a month to book a support call and every single time I get "opps, all our agents are booked." Does anyone have suggestions for the best day/time to try to book a call? Also, is anyone else having this problem? It is frustrating enough that I may not purchase any more cakewalk products. Thanks for any feedback.
