PLEASE HELP!!1
Everytime I try to record I experience a strange problem.
The recording levels seem to freeze but the recording indicator keeps moving.
When finished recording I see that a couple of seconds recorded up to the point that the levels failed.
makes sense?
Why does this happen?
In other words:
I arm track
I press record
levels move with the music
levels freeze at some point
recording looks like its still working
I stop reciording
the white bar that shows the audio line graph is really tiny, nothing recorded or little recorded.
why?

Sounds like you might have something running in the background like a task manager, antivirus software or screen saver. These things kick in everynow and again and hog all you resources while they check what they have to check and then things go back to normal.
