Tyros 3, Sonar... how to setup?

Hi all,

Is there any guide on setting up Sonar for the very first time (how to configure it will co-operate with my Tyros 3)? I don't have much experience but really want to have this working...

I already downloaded the .ins for Tyros 3 and loaded in Sonar, but now what?

Can I choose instruments on my Tyros 3 (so it will send this to Sonar as well) or do i always need to choose instruments through Sonar in order to let my Tyros 3 understand what I want?

Please help, which is highly apprciated ofcourse!
