sonar professional best was to mix tracks down to a stereo

I have a song that's ready to mix down to a single stereo track to master and dither down export to a WAV file and have no clue how to do this.

I've been in the business for quite a while but am relatively new to the digital home recording environment.

It's been analog for me with two fostex 8 track machines until a few years ago, then to the roland 1608s.

Now its Cakewalk SONAR Professional. And boy can I use some good advice.Thank you to anyone that can help me.
