Hi, I'm retired, back to music. Neat to find this place.
I used Cakewalk Pro Audio 9.0 with Yamaha's old 01V Mixer. Worked great on Windows 98 SE. But that's pretty old. I can run Cakewalk on XP but it's a bumpy ride. I hit the Ctrl-S button a lot! And I would love to hook up the 01V Mixer with ADAT card. Is anyone doing this?
If not I have Sonar, but I simply liked what I know Cakewalk PA9.0, the staff with the 01V is great, but I don't think XP support the drivers for the ADAT card. Wikipedia explains that situation. Sure would like to get back into writing music with the old 01V.
