Title: Zero-length loops should not be allowed

Message:
This is now the second time I have somehow started up
a zero-length loop in Home Studio. It brings my XP
Pro system to its knees. How hard would it be simply
to pop up an error message if anyone tries to start
either a zero-length or ridiculously short loop?
